The Parowan Stake Special Interest Group Is having a potluck dinner in the First and Second Ward Church Cultural Hall on December De-cember 12. The Special Interest In-terest meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. Larry and Helen Turn-baugh Turn-baugh have a new baby girl born on December 7. Last Sunday, the Parago-nah Parago-nah church's furnace went out and they had to limit their meetings. Nina Robb of Parogonah just returned from her mission mis-sion in Houston, Texas and spoke in the Paragonah Ward last Sunday. Clefford Evans of Parowan will be spending the winter in California with his son, Dan. The new son of Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Hyatt, born on November 20, is still in the Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake trying to overcome over-come staph infections and strengthen his lungs. Carol Wright has returned from California where she has been helping her sister Grace and husband. Julie Johnson and family recently won the Heywood, Calif. "Fun Run" and was awarded food storage.
