Emphasis will be given to questions about the rural impact of the MX system. To help give Utahns answers ans-wers to their questions about the MX missile system and its impact on the agricultural agricul-tural and rural sector of the state, the Utah Farm Bureau has scheduled a series of information meetings in early ear-ly October 1980. They will be open to the general public. Speakers will Include: Brigadier Gen. James P.Mc Carthy, the man in charge of the MX system ; Ken Olsen, MX missile coordinator for the state of Utahjand a county commissioner from the area in which each meeting is held. Spence Kinard, news director di-rector for KSL-TV, will serve as master of ceremonies cere-monies for each session. Kinard, a skilled panel moderator, mod-erator, has no specific position po-sition on the issue and will help prevent bias in the conduct con-duct of the meetings, i The schedule follows: Cedar City October 7, 7:30 p.m., SUSC recital hail.
