Show Adamsville Greenville 'v-'- Bessie Edwards Dana Kay Barton was released re-leased from the Milford Hospital after spending several sev-eral daysjhere. Beauiah Farnsworth spent the weekend at home. She works at the BYU, and returned re-turned to Provo on Sunday. Bessie Edwards accompanied accom-panied by Lola Hutchings and Christine Dalton motored to St. George Friday to do Tern -pie work. . Stephen Kesler left Sunday Sun-day for Denver, where he will be in training for his new job. Chad and Jeanean Briggs, of Salt Lake City, visited Brent and Sandy Edwards over the weekend. They went home Sunday. Mrs. Helen Richards and Mrs. Leona Smith, of Summit Sum-mit spent Sunday at the home of Ricke and Kay Edwards. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Blackner and family attended attend-ed Sacrament Meeting in Beaver Sunday, where Jo Ann's brother, Bruce was having a new baby blessed. Mr. and Mrs. John Kerk-siek Kerk-siek and family, attended Church in Beaver Sunday for the confirmation of John's nephpWr Walter Kerksiek. The past weekend was a special time for Golda Williams. Wil-liams. Her daughter, Merle, Mer-le, and husband, Joe Decker, Deck-er, of Lancaster, California came on Saturday. On Sunday, Sun-day, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Decker and family, of Pan-guitch Pan-guitch came and had a dinner din-ner with them. Later Golda received word that her grandson and wife had a new baby girl. Mr. and Mrs. '. Daloy Stewart, of Hanks-ville, Hanks-ville, are the proud parents. The Stewarts have three sons also. This makes thirty one great-grandchildren for Golda. The Ward Relief Society held it's annual Christmas party on Saturday evening at the Ward Building. The husbands also attended. A lovely ham supper was enjoyed. en-joyed. Christmas Carols weTe sung and later, the Christmas tree was decorated. decora-ted. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gillies Gil-lies are staying at the home of Allen's mother, Zelma Gillies, to care for the house while Zelma is in the Beaver Bea-ver Hospital. |
