Show Becky Williams weekend, Darwin, Jeanieand Jamie went to Monroe to see Jeanie's parents. Meanwhile, Chester and Lorene Wheeler had Lo-rene's Lo-rene's mother, Agnus Dear-den Dear-den from Salt Lake, and Sharon and Rodney Forsyth and their children from Cedar Ce-dar City, out here to keep them company. Our Thanksgiving com -pany came a weekend early, and didn't stay for the big day. My mom and dad, Lee, and Peggy Dilworth, were able to come and spend some extra time with us. They left because they thought they were going to get snowed in, and they had company com -ing, anyway. The Snake Valley Lion's Club had a Disco Dance in Baker Saturday night. They had a pretty good turnout. If there's one thing this valley val-ley likes, it's a dance. I don't get much news from Baker, but I do know that at Lehman Caves, Edie and Bernie Spanogle had some company. Edie's parents were there, and some other people. That looks like about it for now. I hope you all didn't put on too much weight. Fred and Roberta Conde welcomed wel-comed daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren, all from Salt Lake. They had come to have their annual Christmas tree cutting get-together. get-together. There was lots of food and lots of good company. com-pany. Darwin and Jeanie Wheeler Wheel-er were happy to feed Jeanie's Jean-ie's sister, Marshal, andher husband and children from Salt Lake their Thanksgiving Thanks-giving dinner. Later this Another Thanksgiving has come and gone with all its comings and goings. Garrison Garri-son was a half populated town over the weekend. Wayne and Mollie Gonder left almost a week before in order to go to Salt Lake, and then on to Battle Mountain, Moun-tain, Nev. There, they spent the holiday with daughter, Frona Huntington and her family. Owen and Pat Gonder and their family headed for Gold-field, Gold-field, Nev. to spend the time with Pat's parents, Ted and Mary Tanner. Pat's oider brother and his family was also there. The Gonders were able to make a side trip to Death Valley, and so had an enjoyable vacation. Bud and Gen Richardson headed for Salt Lake to have dinner with their daughters, Nae, and Donna Corey and her children. We went over and had dinner din-ner with Bill's parents, Austin Aus-tin and Arvilla. Their granddaughter grand-daughter and her husband, Cheryl and Tom Stanworth, from Oasis were able to come out and have family dinner with us. Early Friday morning, |
