Show THE CHRISTMAS STAR The Christmas Stzr hv.s never failed to bring joy to every living human hsr.rt. It means much more than just a shining, sparkling bit of tinsel. I tarings much more than gay festivities and pretty gifts. It is the symbol of the greatest love the world has ever know. No other day like Christmas ever came to bless mankind. The Star on your Christmas Tree holds all the glad tidings of love, peace and hope as it did in that long ago when the Christ child was born in a manger and lay his wee head on the hay. The Star on the top of your Christmas Tree is a divine light guiding us to goodness and brotherhood. It brings us together in prayer, in love, joy, trust, sympathy and forgiveness. Every heart must have it's Christmas-time wherever it may be. There are millions of stars that gleam in the heavens, but only one led the way to Bethlehem. It's steadfast beam can bring into our hearts the greatest joy we have ever known, if we as God's children can keep it shining with love and good will. The Star of the East never grows dim. It never sets where Christmas carols sing forever in the soul. A little boy once was scolded because of the scrubby tree he came pulling home for Christmas. It did not meet with the approval of the family. Much dissappointed he cried out. "Any tree is gocd enough if it has a star on top." Let not the anxieties, the sorrows, the bitterness of these times obliterate the joy to be found in this day of days, 'Beautiful Christmas" birthday of our Lord and Saviour. Sav-iour. Let His Star shine in every heart, in the handclasp of friends, the voices of loved ones, the laughter of happy children and for the many blessings which we are privil-iged privil-iged to enjoy. The Wise men's Star can be our Star to follow. The Angel's Song can be our song to sing. "Glory to God in the Highest, Peace on Earth. Good Will to Men.
