Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer En-gineer to change water in Beaver County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations i.n SLB&M. a-6674 (71-1603) Rocky Ford Irrigation Co., co Stanley Mc-Knight, Mc-Knight, Minersville, Utah 84757 proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 3.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 31,900 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Beaver River Decree Awards 96 and 102 as amended by a-5254. The water has been diverted from Beaver River at a point S. 6651' W. 3240 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 11, T30S. R9W. The water has been stored in Rocky Ford Reservoir Reser-voir and used for fish culture, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 used for irrigation of 3719.5 acs. in Sec. 7 & 8, T30S, R9W, Sees. 16. 21. 22, 28. 33. & 34, T28S, R10W, Sees. 3, 4. 9, 10, 15, 16 21, 22, 27, & 28, T29S, R10W, Sees. 1, 2, 9-20. & 30, T30S, R10W. and Sec. 24, T30S, R11W. , Hereafter, 3.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well 200 ft. deep at a point S. 450 ft. & W. 1970 ft. from EVj Cor. Sec. 2. T30S. R10W; and used for the stockwatering of 150 cattle and for general dairy barn purposes, in NW14SE14 Sec. 2, T30S, R10W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or pefore Jan. 8. 1972.
