DOG OWNERS URGED TO USE CAUTION Owners of hunting dogs are asked to use caution and good judgment in choosing areas to work their dogs prior to the fall bird seasons, as damage can occur to croplands if these areas are used for dog training. Fish and Game offices and fieldmen receive complaints of standing crops being damaged by careless persons working their dogs thru these unhar-vested unhar-vested fields. Fall months are excellent to begin training and conditioning condition-ing hunting dogs for fall bird hunts, but all dog owners must exercise judgment and 'common ssns.e in choosing their training train-ing grounds and should obtain permission from the landowner before going into fields. |
