Mrs. Whittaker has been with her daughter for the past three weekJ. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Murdock were a daughter and grandson, Mrs. J. S. Mrs. Schoo's son, Mr. and Mrs. Miss Maralene Finch is in Salt Lake, taking nurse training train-ing at Holy Cross Hospital. Mrs. Lenore Finch accompanied accompa-nied her daugher to Salt Lake. 9 Visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tomsik, were Gary and Shirley Anderson and family of Lakewood, Cal.; Eddie and Ramona Tomsik and four daughters of Panaca; Ted and Bonnie Myers and five children of New Plymouth, Idaho. Mrs. Verna Tomsik and Mrs. Beatrice Oxley attended the BPW workshop Sunday in Salt -Lake. The local club's first meeting of the fall season will be held Monday, Oct. 7. Alan Marton of Cameron, Ariz., is again attending Mil-fold Mil-fold High School. He is the only Indian who returned to Milford this year. Alan is living with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Tomsik. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Wood-row Wood-row Lee in South Milford were their son in law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Moore and family of Bakersfield, Cal. e Leland Thompson stopped in Milford to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson, alter vacationing in Colorado, JNew Mexico and Arizona. Kelvin Hollis of La Mirada, Calif., has returned home after visiting grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson and Mr. ,and Mrs.Kenneth Hollis . Mr. and Mrs. Ben Cooper will spend the week end in Salt Lake with Mr. and Mrs. itonald Brinkman and Mr. and Mrs. John Roberts. 0 Mrs. Vilate Lang is visiting her children in Logan and Salt Lake. j 9 Visiting Mr. and Mrs. George Bush last week were Ken and Ann McGriffin of Salt Lake, and C. I They spent part of the week at Little Reservoir in the Beaver Bea-ver Mountains. 0 Father Valine motored to Salt Lake Tuesday to get Eugene McKee, who had been receiving treatment for a spinal injury at the Salt Lake Veterans Veter-ans Hospital for the past month. 0 Mike and Penny Wisner of Las Vegas spent the week end with parents Mr. and Mrs. Don Wisner and Mr. and Mrs. George Sears. e Mr. and Mrs. John Weston have returned from Salt Lake. Mr. Weston underwent kidney surgery in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake and Mrs. Weston stayed at the home of a son. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Weston and grandson Mr. and Mrs. Gary Weston in Bountiful. O Neal Smyth of Woodland Hills, Calif., motored to Milford Mil-ford last week to get his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Powell Smyth. Mr. Smyth will receive medical treatment at Loma Linda University Hospital. 0 Names omitted from those attending the Kesler family reunion re-union Sept. 1 were their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Wade and Mrs. Wade's daughter Sandy of 0 Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ogden were thier son and daughter in law, Rodney and Gerry Ogden of Provo, LeRoy , and Vicki Jackson and baby Jeff of Salt Lake. Rodney is attending the BYU and LeRoy is a law student at University of Utah. Rodney and Gerry also visited her parents ,Mr. and Mrs. Ted Price. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Thurland D. Sly have returned from Minneapolis, Min-neapolis, Minn., where they visited their son, Mr. and Mrs. Russell M. Sly and children Jeffrey, Becky and Carolyn. Russell is a pilot for Northwestern North-western Air Lines. They visited vis-ited points of interest including includ-ing the Mormon World Fair Exhibit, brought to Minnesota for their state fair. They also enjoyed a tour by river boat 'of the Dalles of the St. Croix, and enjoyed lake fishing. |
