Mr. and Mrs. Les Clay are spending the week here, staying stay-ing at the Horn Silver Hotel. They are en route to their home in Lompoc, Calif., after spending the summer with their son John and family in Logan. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Miller and son Walter of Bountiful were here over the week end attending to business and visiting vis-iting friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Turner of Canoga Park, Calif., were here this week visiting her brother and sister in law, Mr. and Mrs. Lamarr Morris, and Mrs. Turner's sister, Mrs. Thelma Gillins. The Turners will also visit two sons in Trovo, and attend the LDS Conference in Salt Lake. Clyde and . Lani Williams and daughter Marie of Salt Lake spent the week end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Baxter. Mrs. Kate Shingleton of Las Vegas is here visiting friends, and is a house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Titat. 9 Mr. and Mrs. A. A. M-Tn-tyre arrived home Wednesday afternon after a 10-day vacation vaca-tion trip to British Columbia, where they visited his brothers and sister. They flew by jet fiom Salt Lake to Seattle, then took a boat, to Victoria. En route home they visited their son Robert and family in Salt Lake. Mrs. Thelma Pyper and Bert Lcckhart of Salt Lake were guests of Mrs. Clotiel Whitta-ker Whitta-ker last week end. MTs. Pyper is Mrs. Whittaker's sister in law, and they came to attend the wedding of Judy Whittaker and Ronald Bailey on Saturday evening. 9 Russel Lee Mayer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russel Mayer, will leave tihs week end for Glendale, Calif., to visit a girl friend, Miss Susan French. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Fisher announce the birth of a new grandchild. Bethia Judy was born Sept. 15 in Idaho Falls to Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Judy. This is their fourth child and third daughter. Grandma Fisher Fish-er and Michelle have just returned re-turned from spending a week in Idaho getting acquainted and helping out. 9 After a month's leave, Jan Fisher has returned to Otis Air Force Base, Mass., where he is stationed. During his leave ho spent a week in Woodland, Calif., visiting his brother, Mike Fisher, and other relatives. rela-tives. M., has been spending spend-ing this week with relatives Don Sly, Mrs. Allene Lowder, l:r. and Mrs. Doyle Sly and Oren Puffer. 9 Jennie Sue Smith has enrolled en-rolled at the University of Utah to complete work toward a de-giee de-giee in nursing. 9 The Smith family that attended at-tended the open house for new-lyweds new-lyweds Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hickman in Snowville last Saturday Sat-urday included George Smith, his daughters Jennie Sue and Georgia Beth, and son Theo. 9 Mrs. Marie Kennedy and daughter Leslie spent a week in Las Vegas with her sisters, Mrs. Beth Nielsen and Mrs. Irene Judd. Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Kennedy Sr. of Caliente arrived for a visit with Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Kennedy Ken-nedy Jr. The elder Kennedys had been visiting a daughter and family in Montana. 9 Cecil and Rachel Stewart returned Wednesday after spending several days in Las Vegas celebrating their 29th wedding anniversary. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Gene Mayer and Mrs. LaPrele Lewis attended attend-ed funeral services in Richfield for Mrs. Lewis' brother in law, Grover Lewis, 82, of Circle-ville. Circle-ville. 9 Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd F. Koh-ler Koh-ler and granddaughter Becky Mash have returned from their Hawaii trip. The Kohlers dropped Becky off at her home in Salt Lake. 9 Mrs. Lorna Whitehouse and son Scott of Tooele spent a few weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Hollingshead, while her husband, who is in military service is on a trip to Georgia. 9 Mrs. McCoy Williams was in Salt Lake where she had a medical checkup. 9 Clinton Myers has returned from Glendale, Calif., where he was with a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Trerriborth, iwho had suffered a stroke. 9 Mrs. Clinton Myers attended funeral services Wednesday for Ronald W. Limb, 31, in Salt Lake, who was killed in an auto accident. He was the adopted son of her son Stanley Limb. 9 Visiting D. A. Tanner recently re-cently were his son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. LaMoine Lewis. They also visited vis-ited Mr. and Mrs. Warren Atkin. - Mr. and Mrs. James L. Mc-Bride Mc-Bride have moved into their newly constructed all-electric home in South Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Gray purchased pur-chased Mac's Diner and the McBride home in Milford. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Del Holyoak have moved back to Milford from Cedar City.
