TWENTY-TWO YEARS AGO December 14, 1950 "Milford used to be the liveliest live-liest town in Southern Utah the hub around which the rest of the area revolved, and can again be Southern Utah's leading lead-ing city if we all work together toward that end." That seemed to be the general gener-al opinion of the businessmen and civic leaders attending Thursday's Lions Club meeting, at which promoting Milford wag the main topic discussed. "White Christmas" is the theme of the annual Christmas formal dance which will be presented by Milford High School. The dance will feature a floor show, and the crowning of a Prince and Princess. The candidates are: Seniors Bob Crane and Joan Smith; Juniors Dick Fisher and Vera Tomsick; Sophomores " |
