Show Merritt and Naia Beard have enjoyed having their son, David Dav-id home from American Fork training school for three weeks. While home, they celebrated his birthday. Merritt drove his son back to school last weekend. week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Moore met their daughter, Mrs. Paul (Lineal (Lin-eal Fortune of Hemet, Calif, at the bus station in Beaver last week, then the trio drove to Salt Lake to attend the wedding wed-ding and reception of one of Linda's bridesmaids. Mary Weaver. They attended the wedding at the St. Marks Cathedral and the reception at the Rustler Lodge at Alta. Linda returned to Milford with her parents, where she will visit until Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Byron White-side White-side of Grand Junction, Colo, visited over the weekend at the home of his brother, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Whiteside. Allene Farmer and friend of Salt Lake City and Winnie Johnson visited at the home of Delmer and Hazel Kesler one day recently. A family get-together was enjoyed by the family of Delmer Del-mer and Hazel Kesler. Those attending were Lareen Kersh Mary Jane Edwards, Randy, Clair and Shayne Edwards, all of Salt Lake, Irvin and Beatrice Bea-trice Wade, Downey, Calif. Fred and Sharon Farnesworth and family, Ely; Bob and Ann Hawley and family, Milford; Ray and Afton Kesler and family fam-ily of Adamsville; Bob, Debbie and Amy Thomyson, Milford. All of the adults enjoyed dinner din-ner at the Black Steer in Beav. er, then enjoyed golfing and was married in 1931. She just recently retired from the Rio Grande Railroad in Denver, Colo, after 21 years, and was Secretary to the Auditor of Revenue there. Park, Monument Valley, Salt Lake, Provo, Milford (to visit relatives along the way) and then on to Las Vegas for a show, thence to Los Angeles to visit Betty's sister, Virgia Romick, and finally up the scenic California coast to Santa Cruz. Harry and Ada Rose have been visiting their grandchildren grandchil-dren and families for a week. They visited Jim and Kerry (Rose) Jury and three boys in Battle Mountain, Nev. and Rick and Kathy Rose and daughter of Sun Valley, Nev, Kathy Miller and Pat Lister attended a convention in Salt Lake this weekend for Beauticians. Beautic-ians. Leon and Ann Marie Gay were in Salt Lake this week end, where Ann Marie received n-edical attention for a back ailment. Mrs. Jeanette Kohler spent the past week in Salt Lake visiting her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. James Mash and family and also Mr. and Mrs. Walter B. Kohler, Mrs. Edna K. Ward and other friends. Dr. and Mrs. Neil Sagers of Missouri visited with Mrs. Jeanette Kohler this past Monday. Mon-day. They are friends of Mrs. Kohler and the late Dr. Kohler. Mrs. Leola Dunham recently returned from Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys, Calif, where the visited with friends and relatives for three weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Jones and family spent a few days in Salt Lake last week attending to some business. Butch Williams visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. I. Williams and sister Wendy this weekend. Butch is writing his thesis for his Master's Degree at Logan. Jeff White, son of Mitchel and Eloise White, who has been in Modena visiting his grand mother, Mrs. Edith Force, left for Cedar City Tuesday to begin be-gin his studies at SUSC. Mr. and , Mrs. Elmo Smith and Louise motored to Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif, to attend the wed-ing wed-ing of their nephew, Mr. Kenneth Ken-neth Smith and Miss Marlene Loge, on Saturday, September 23 and to attend the reception that was held at Downey, Calif. Mrs. Betty K. Hancock (formerly Bessie Killam) and sister of Bob and Cecil Killam, is moving to Santa Cruz, Calif. October 10 to be near her daughter and husband, Karen and Gary Palmer.
