Show Music, Dancing, Basketball are Yule Fare at M.H.S. M usic, basketball and dancing will vie for major interest in-terest of the Milford High School students during the Christmas season. Four local basketball contests are scheduled, a variety varie-ty of music, ranging from Bach chorals to modern pop tunes, will be offered on Dec. 19th, and the annual Christmas Formal is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 25th. Small groups and instrumental instru-mental and vocal numbers will be featured at the concert, along with two separate clarinet clari-net quartets and a few Christmas Christ-mas readings. The concert starts at 8 p. m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, in the High School Auditorium, and tickets are being offered at 80c per adult, by members of the student body. The Tigers, region basketball basket-ball champs last year, begin their holiday wars this week end, sporting a 2-2 record in pre-season tilts. They dropped games to Green River and Tropic, and haVe two wins over Dixie. Their holiday schedule: Friday, Dec. 4 Enterprise at Milford Saturday, Dec. 15 Hurricane at Milford. Friday, Dec. 21 Milford at Panguitch Saturday, Dec. 22 Milford at South Sevier Friday, Dec. 28 Cedar City at Milford Saturday, Dec. 29 Piute at Milford.
