Milford - December 7, 1961 at 2:00 p. m. at the Community Clubhouse. of the local field administration administra-tion of such national farm programs pro-grams as acreage allotments, markteing quotas, commodity loans, the feed grain program, the Sugar Act Program, the National Wool Program, the Agricultural Conservation Program, Pro-gram, the Conservational Reserve Re-serve Program, and farm storage stor-age facilities loans. Other duties du-ties are assigned to the committees com-mittees by the Secretary of Agriculture as the need arises. The Chairman explained that each year, farmers elect a community committee from among their own number. The chairman and vice chairman of this committee also serve respectively res-pectively as delegate and alternate alter-nate delegate to a county convention, con-vention, where the county ASC committee is elected. In Beaver County the farmers farm-ers vote at meetings held for that purpose. Listed below are the time, date and place for each community election: East Beaver - December 5, ASC Committees Have Many Duties ASC farmer-committeemen, who will soon be selected by their neighbors for the coming year, have important program responsibilities, according to Mr. Beauprie Nowers, Chairman, Chair-man, County Agricultural Stabilization Sta-bilization and Conservation Cimmittee.
