Unless said delinquent taxes, together with Costs, Interest, and Penalty are paid before Monday, January 11, 1960, 1 shall, pursuant to Section 59-10-29, Utah Code Annotated An-notated 1953, sell the real property prop-erty upon which said taxes are a lien to Beaver County, in the manner man-ner prescribed by law for such taxes, penalty, and costs, except only such property as is held by the County under Preliminary Tax Sale.
