Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE UNITED ..STATES ..DEPARTMENT ..DEPART-MENT OF AGRICULTURE .. FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION ADMIN-ISTRATION The Farmers Home Administration Adminis-tration is offering at public sale I the following described property, proper-ty, situated in and near Milford, Utah, known as the Boyd D. Evans property, containing 80 - acres more or less. The West Half of the Southeast South-east Quarter of Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian. Together with all water and water rights, ditches, and ditch rights used thereon or appurtenant appurten-ant thereto, including Water Right No. 2559 as filed in Utah State Engineer's office. Subject to exceptions and reservations res-ervations as contained in the patents from the United States of America and from the State of Utah. Subject to the reservations of minerals contained in the quitclaim quit-claim deed from the State of Utah, recorded August 28, 1933. Subject to existing rights of way for roads, highways, ditches, canal laterals, and power transmission trans-mission lines, if any. Arrangements for inspection of the property may be made by contacting the County Supervisor Super-visor indicated below. TERMS: Cash or not less than twenty percent' cash with the balance payable in five equal annual installments with interest inter-est at the rate of five percent per annum and such balance to be secured by a first real estate mortgage on the above described property. Sealed bids will be received and may be submitted to the State Director, Farmers Home Administration, 222 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, prior to 11:00 a. m. February , 1957, at which time all bids will be publicly opened.
