Show Taylor Tlus In Kentucky. Frankfort, Ivy., Nov. 28. The Court of Appeals has clinched Taylor's right to 1197 Nelson county votes. The j court, all the judges concurring, re- ! fused to dissolve the injunction as asked by Goebel's attorneys. The votes in controversy were certified for W. P. instead of W. S. Taylor. Judge Jones of Nelson ceunty ordered these votes counted for W. S. Taylor, and this order is affirmed. The Democratic leaders now assert that Goebel will not contest before the legislature if be is not given the certificate of election by the board which convenes here Saturday. Taylor's Tay-lor's managers are dubious on this point, as the statement that he would contest has not been denied by Gobel himself. |
