Show qv:ei?.to;. Weather is like spring; trees are budding. Bishop Jones left last Monday for St. George to attend a meeting, M. I. missionaries Maxwell and Bunker Bun-ker visited us last Tuesday and attend-, ed M. I. A. meeting the same evening. Their instructions to the young men were good and timely. It seems that Sister Clayton forgot we had a AI. I. A. in this ward, as she did not visit us while she was down. Our young ladies feel as tho they needed some one to encourage theut once in a while, Mrs. Mollie Owens and Miss Pearl Perkins, teachers, and Misses Ethel Thomas and Octavia Cobb, who attended attend-ed the Teachers' Institute at DeLamar, returned home Wednesday, having had a good time and pleasant trip. Born On December 22nd, a fine boy to Mrs. Parley Black; on December 20th, a son to Mrs. M. A. Bunker, and a girl to Mrs. Perry Huntsman; on December 2Sth, a son to Mrs. D. T. Adair. All doing nicely. Bro. Huntsman Hunts-man is laboring as a missionary in Texas, and will be pleased to learn the good news. |
