OCR Text	Show NO ONE BUT LAVINIA. King Georj of Tonga Inlands Weds the Girl of His Choice. San B'rancisco, July 3. From Honolulu Hono-lulu comes the news of the marriage of King George of the Tonga island group to Princess Lavinia. The ceremony took place June 1. The majority of the people of the islands wished him to marry Princess of Nina, and several meetings of dignitaries dig-nitaries were held with a view of trying try-ing to induce King George to chance his mind, but to every communication the king replied that Lavinia was his choice and that if he could not marry her he would not marry at all. The people reluctantly consented and as stated above, the wedding took place June 1.
