The will of the late Vice-Presiaent Garret A. Ho-bart Ho-bart was filed in the Passaic county surrogate's office yesterday. The value val-ue of the estate is not given, but it is understood to be about S2, 500, 000. Of the estate Mrs. Jennie Hobart, the widow, receives 1,000,000, and one-half one-half of the remainder, after a number of bequests are paid, the son, Garret Hobart Jr., inheriting the other half after he attains his majority. |
