Jacob Schmutz, of Middleton near St. George, is here visiting relatives. Joseph Taylor left for DeLamar on Tuesday with a load of chickens and produce. John Mathis arrived from Price on Sunday to visit his father and other, relatives. Weather was nice and warm here all last week, but tonight it has turned very cold. The roads between the bottom of the Black ridge and Toquerville are terribly ter-ribly rough. James Naegle was up from Toquerville Toquer-ville Monday visiting his many old-time old-time friends, Mrs. Julia Taylor went to Toquerville on Tuesday to visit her daughter and other relatives, Today the surrounding' mountains are covered with snow, and it is snowing here thick and fast. John Ferris, an old resident of Wash-: ington county, is in Bellevue having recently returned from Marysvale. Andrew Gregerson of Bellevue. has taken the mail contract from Joseph Sylvester to run between Bellevue and Cedar City.
