Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Bennett Announce Marriage Of Their Daughter, Blanche Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Bennett announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter. Blanche, to Lt. Herbert H. Pitchforth, son of Mrs. Lucille Pitchforth of St. George. The marriage took place in Salinas, Calif., Tuesday evening. April 3. while Mrs. Pitchforth and Miss Bennett were visiting Lt. Pitchforth in Salinas. Reverend Dobson read the ceremony in the living room of his home near the Salinas military post. Attending the ceremony besides the groom's mother, were Capt. Clayton Prince, Lt. and Mrs. Robert S. Williams and Lt. and Mrs. Schaley Samples. The wedding wed-ding party had dinner at a downtown down-town hotel immediately following the ceremony. Both Lt. and Mrs. Pitchforth were Dixie junior college students. He lacked just a month of graduation gradu-ation when he enlisted with the air forces in March, 1943. They are living in Sacramento, Calif., awaiting Lt. " Pitchforth's next assignment.
