Show Foremasters Announce Engagement Of Their Daughter, Jane Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Foremaster announce the engagement of their daughter, Jane, to Richard Sullivan, Sul-livan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Sullivan of this city. The couple will be married at noon Sunday in the St. George Temple with Pres. Harold S. Snow performing per-forming the ceremony. Miss Foremaster made known her plans to relatives and friends Monday evening at a miscellaneous shower given in her honor by Miss Helen Empey and Miss Vivian Viv-ian Snow. The affair was held on the smartly arranged lawns fronting front-ing the Empey home, with more than fifty guests attending. The making of a bride's book, and an impromptu program including original ori-ginal verses to the couple were read by Mrs. M. L. McAllister, aunt of the groom. Dainty refreshments re-freshments were served preceding the opening of the many gifts for the bride. Both Miss Foremaster and Mr. Sullivan were former students of Dixie junior college. She is an employee em-ployee of Mountain States Telephone Tele-phone and Telegraph Company at St. George exchange and he is employed em-ployed at the St. George distributing distribu-ting station of Union Oil Company. Immediately following the marriage mar-riage ceremony the couple will leave for a honeymoon in California, Cali-fornia, returning to make their home in St. eGorge. The bride-elect's bride-elect's parents are planning a reception in their honor after their return from the coast. |
