Show YEYO Thelma Chadbnrn Reporter Sgt. Gene Rydwall, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Crouse, and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Bates and children, all of Los Angeles, were visitors over the week end at the home of Mrs. Clive Bunker. Mrs. Fred Chadburn attended the funeral services for her brother-in-law, Robert Maxwell, at Eureka Saturday. She returned on Sunday. The dance at the open air pavilion pa-vilion was a grand success. Many attended from near-by towns. Mr. and Mrs. Hal Bracken of Los Angeles are spending the week here. Several from here attended a wedding dance at Central recently. re-cently. Doris Drake of Enterprise has been a guest of Nola Bowler the past week. Bertram Cheeney and Elmer Chadburn left July 2 for Fort Douglas to be inducted into the armed forces. Mrs. Anthony Lytle and children child-ren are here visiting. Visitors at the home of Fred Chadburn during the week were Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Beacham and son Garth, and Bill Beacham and sons of New Castle. George Larson has gone to the desert to work on the Sevy ranch. |
