Show Everything Reported Ready For Third Big Registration Day s . Every Male Citizen In U.S. Between 20 And 45 Must Register Arrangements are now completed for the third registration of Selective Se-lective Service on Feb. 16, reports re-ports Mrs. Ellen Bentley, chief registrar of Washington county. The registration will be conducted between the hours of 7 a. m., and 9 p. m., in four offices through-. through-. out the county. These four offices are listed as follows: St. George, Selective Service office; of-fice; Enterprise, L. D. S. church, Leland Huntsman, chief registrar; Hurricane, Library building, Mrs. Howard Klienman, chief registrar; Springdale, L. D. S. church, Mrs. Esther Pierce, chief registrar. Every male ctiizen of the United Uni-ted States who became 20 by December De-cember 31, 1941 to and inclusive of those who have not yet attained at-tained the age of 45 on Feb. 16, 1942, are required to register except ex-cept those who have registered on either the first or second registration registra-tion held Oct. 16, 1040 and July 1, 1941, respectively. Volunteer registrars are being Tecruited to conduct the registration registra-tion under the direction of the members of the various local boards and their clerks. Registration hours will be from 7:00 a.m., to 9:00 p.m., and employers em-ployers are urged to make arrangements ar-rangements for their employees to be off work, if necessary, to accomplish ac-complish their registration. If impossible im-possible to register on Feb. 16th, arrangements can be made with the individual local board for an advance registration during the week preceding Feb. 16. Subsequent Sub-sequent thereto, questionnaires will be mailed out and registrants will be classified by their local boards according to the information informa-tion developed from their questionnaires. |
