Mr. and Mrs. W. Woodruff Cannon Atmounee Date For Daughter's Marriage Friday, June 11, is the date set by Miss Rhoda Meren Cannon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Woodruff Cannon of this city for her marriage to Arley Flinders, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Flinders of Clearfield, Utah. The marriage ceremony will take Place in the St: George Temple, with Pres. Harold S. Snow officiating, of-ficiating, and will be followed by a wedding reception at the home of the bride's parents, east on Highway 91. The couple met while both were students of the U. S. A. C., where Miss Cannon graduated in June, 1941; Mr. Flinders taking out his M.A. degree at the same institution in-stitution in 1942. He is now a medical student at the University or Utah. Miss Cannon graduated' Previously from the Dixie junior 1 allege and since her graduation from the U.S. A. C. has been home economics instructor of the Woodward Wood-ward high school for two years. and Mrs. Flinders will leave for Salt Lake City June 12 to make their home for the present, while he continues his medical training.
