Slack Mrs. Helen Denton Reporters Mrs. Ellis Smith and daughter, Mrs. Reta Morris returned Monday Mon-day from Provo, where Mrs. Morris Mor-ris has been the past five weeks for medical attention. Mrs. Clay Denton left Monday for Los Angeles and Oakland to spend Christmas with her parents, Mr. ana ivxrs. ounn rienun. Visitors at our Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday were Harrison and Wickley Gublcr of LaVerkin, representing rep-resenting the stake High Council. Sunday morning during the Sunday Sun-day school class period, the Gospel Gos-pel Doctrine and senior classes under the direction of Walter H. Slack and Mrs. Harry Slack presented pre-sented a special program honoring Joseph Smith. Mrs. Tom Pearce of New Harmony Har-mony visited Tuesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Klein-man. Klein-man. Mr. and Mrs. Preston Williams of Kanarra and Mrs. Rhea Wake-ling Wake-ling of Cedar City visited in To-querville To-querville Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Bringhurst have returned home from Las Vegas where they have been the past two months. Miss Mona Bringhurst has returned re-turned from Salt Lake City where she has been employed the past six months. Ben Bringhurst is employed in St. George as a cook at Dick's cafe. Mrs. Martin Anderson is visiting visit-ing in Cedar City with her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Blaine Wood. Word has been received by Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Dodge that their son, Lyman, is now a Corporal. Mr. and Mrs. George Hickman and son, and their niece, Miss Donna Jean Lyman, returned to their home in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. They have been visit- ing with Mr. and Mrs. L. S. Kleinman. |
