GEORGE, PAGE THREE UTAH News from Our People In the Armed Services Two Meet In New York Two St. George boys were especially appreciative last week for the soldier column in the County News. Pvt. Harvey Blankenagel gets the paper and saw the report of Sgt. Richard Snow having been home on furlough, and that he had returned to New York. Sgt. Snow is in the medical division of the U. S. Navy and is just awaiting his ship assignment. Pvt. Blankenagel is attending the New York school of Army engineering. Sgt. Snow was resting on his bunk in the Navy barracks and heard a familiar voice asking for him. The boys were only seconds getting together and spent a cheering hour and a half, just visiting. This is his first visit home in two years, and he was surely happy to be with his folks again. He has been serving as a miliof tary policeman on the embarkation at Oakland, Calif., and when the war is over can tell his folks many interesting stories about this phase of service.
