Show Bella Hall Lang Dies Wednesday; Funeral Held Here December 23 Funeral services were held in the St. George stake laoernacie rnis (Thursday) Dec. -23rd, at 3:30 p.m., for Bella Hall Lang, 41, wife of Albert Lang, who died in the local hospital Wednesday, Dec. 22nd at 9 a.m., of complications following surgery for goiter. She has been seriously ill since Sept. 1st, and in the hospital for the past five weeks. Born in Washington, March 4, 1902, she was a daughter of George A. and Sarah Evaline Prince Hall. She attended school in Washington and in St.- George, and on Dec. 30, 1925 was married at her home in Washington to Albert Lang, moving with him to St. George, where they have since resided, and where she has been active in Relief Society and Primary Prim-ary work. Surviving besides her husband are six children: Valda, Delmar, Grant, Wayne, Lola and Glenn, and an adopted son, Pvt. Verl Lang, who is with the armed forces somewhere in the South Pacific. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George A. Hall, and her grandmother, Mrs. Phoebe Jane Prince, age 88, of Washington; four sisters, Phoebe Hall of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Merrill Lamb, Orderville; Mrs. Lawrence Woodbury, St. George; Mrs. Al Ferdig, Black Duck, Minn.; and four brothers, Lawrence Law-rence Hall, Kooskia, Ida.; Calvin Hall, Bert Hall and Ervin Hall, all of Washington. Speakers for the services were Pres. Harold S. Snow, Vernon Worthen and Dr. W. J. Reichman. |
