Prayer by the Chaplain. There were sports in the afternoon for old and young; children's child-ren's dance in the early evening and dance for adults at night. The Ward Primary under the direction di-rection of Mrs. Hazel Mrlvr,,in her assistants staged an entertainment entertain-ment the night of July 2, to a delighted de-lighted audience. Hyrum Pope and family of Salt Lake City and Bill Pope and family of Los Angeles are visiting their sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Edwin Dalton, at Silver farm. Sunday visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Rex Stirling, Mrs. John Hall of Hurricane Hur-ricane and WiWll McMullin and Veril Lund of St. George. July 4th visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Mark Lamb and daughters of Toquer-ville, Toquer-ville, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sullivan of Hurricane. Work at Silver Reef has closed down and Mr. and Mrs. Colbath have gone to Salt Lake on business. Leland and Evan Sullivan, Milton Moody and Max McMullin went to Cedar Sunday, to work. Mrs. Ada McMullin and son Lawrence Law-rence went to Beaver Thursday. Evan Sullivan and Ward Jolley were home for July 4. |
