Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Washington Wash-ington County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M: 15091 Clinton Bowler, Enterprise, Utah; 1.5 sec. ft. for irrigation from June 15 to Sept. 15 from a 14-in. well 100 to 200 ft. deep at a point N. 1500 ft. and E. 2240 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 10, T. 37 S., R. 18 W. and conveyed 200 ft. in a 14-in. pipe and used to irrigate 65 acres of land embraced em-braced within Sees. 10, 12 and 13, T. 37 S., R. 18 W. 15150 Albert Harrison, New Castle, Utah; 2 sec. ft. for irrigation irri-gation from May 1 to Oct. 1 and for year-round incidental domestic do-mestic and stockwatering use from a 16-in. well bet. 100 and 160 ft. deep at a point N. 1716 ft. and E. 350 ft. from the SW Cor. The water will be diverted and conveyed 20,000 ft. in a ditch and used to irrigate 530 acres of land embraced em-braced within the SW Sec. 3; SE Sec. 4; NE and NSE Sec. 9; NW and NWSW Sec. 10, all in T. 42 S., R. 14 W. 15236 Lloyd B. The water will be diverted into and conveyed, in the St. George-Washington Canal at a point located S. 800 ft. and E. 300 ft. from the NW Cor. of the NW& Sec. 36, T. 43 S., R. 15 W., where it will be elevated a distance dis-tance of 28 ft. by means of a pumping plant and 425 ft. of 16-in. pipe and conveyed in a canal and used to irrigate 450 acres of land embraced within Sees. 25, 35 and 36, T. 42 S., R, 15 W., and Sec. 2, T. 43 S., R. 15 W. 15252 D. M. McMurtrie, St. George, Utah; 10 sec. ft from a dug well 4 ft. square, bet. 20 and 100 ft. deep at a point N. 1026 ft. and W. 1962 ft. from the SE Cor. Sec. 24, T 42 S., R. 16 W., and used to irrigate 600 acres of land embraced within Sees. 24 and 25, T. 42 S., R. 16 W., and Sees. 29 and 30, T. 42 S., R. 15 W. 15280 James L. Lowe, Castle Cliff Station, via Santa n Clara, Utah; .015 sec. ft. for domestic use from Zeolite Spring, tributary to Beaver Dam Creek to Rio Virgin River at a point S. 17 29' E. 574.8 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 5, T. 43 S., R. 18 W. The diverting di-verting and carrying works will consist of a storage tank, 5000 ft. of 1-in. pipe and watering trough. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, with a fee of $1 on or before September 11, 1943.
