Show Miss Agnes Stratton and Ed B. Woodward United In Las Vegas, Wed. The home of Pres. and Mrs. Bryan Bunker in Las Vegas, Nev. was the setting Wednesday, Aug. 30, for the ceremony uniting in marriage mar-riage Miss Agnes Stratton and Ed Bowen Woodward of San Diego, Calif. President Bunker performed the double ring ceremony cere-mony in the living room of their home at 9 p. m. Attending the ceremony were the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Stratton, Mrs. Pearl Cobb and Miss Nellie Crookston of St. George; Mr. and Mrs. Nick Hol-shak, Hol-shak, friends of the groom from San Diego, and Paul Jones of Las Vegas. For the ceremony the brirt wore a suit of soldier blue W(y,i with white accessories. Her en sage was of pink gladiolas and Mrs. Holshak stood up with the couple during the ceremony The wedding party came to' St George Thursday following th? ceremony and the couple spe t Friday and Saturday on Cedar Mountain. On Saturday evenin the bride's parents entertained at an informal dinner in their honor a large group of close relatives attending including Mr. and Mrs Anthon Bracken of Central, sister and brother-in-law of the bride Mr. and Mrs. Woodward left Sunday for San Diego where thev will make their home for the present and where Mr. Woodard will continue his defense plant employment. |
