Show ' ROCKYILLE I Mrs. Newell DeMille Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Julius Cox and daughter, Mrs. Wrethal Spendlove spent Monday in St. George where they saw Mr. Spendlove off to Fort Douglas for military induction. induc-tion. Mr. and Mrs. Philden DeMille and Mr. and Mrs. Ordell DeMille spent the week end in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Thora DeMille returned re-turned with them and will visit in Rockville. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Langston and daughters of Hurricane were Sunday visitors in Rockville. Mr. and Mrs. Ruloh Langston of Pipe Valley, accompanied by their son, Cpl. Verl Langston of Camp Leonard Wood, Mp., were visiting relatives and friends in Rockville over Sunday. Cpl. Langston Lang-ston is home on furlough. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Terry ra-ceived ra-ceived word Sunday of the birth of a son to their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. A. Mc-Leod Mc-Leod in San Francisco, Sept. 9th. Mrs. McLeod is the former Dorothy Dor-othy Terry. A Primary bazaar was held in Rockville last week. Many useful use-ful articles of handiwork and many eatables were sold. A fine program was presented before the large crowd attending. Mrs. Annie Stout, Mrs. Frank Wittwer and Mrs. Grant Woodbury of the Zion Park stake Primary board were officially present. Kelvin Hirschi of St. George is spending the winter here with his aunt, Miss Marcie Terry. ' Mr. and Mrs. Philetus Jones arrived ar-rived home Sunday having completed com-pleted their six-month's L. D. S. mission in Alabama. Enroute home they visited in New Mexico, Ogden, Salt Lake City and Cedar City, with members of their family. |
