Blackburn and Charles Potter, charged with involuntary invol-untary manslaughter in connection with the death of Elizabeth Williams, 7, in an automobile accident on June 12, pleaded not guilty to the charge. Mr. Huscher was elevated from the vice presidency which position he had held during the last year. Salt Lake Judge Fred W. Crockett Crock-ett of the city court has submitted his resignation from the city bench to -Mayor C. Clarence Neslen, effective September 1. The letter of resignation resig-nation was received by the mayor Thursday. Judge Crockett will leave the bench after having served within seven days of a full four-year term.
