Show Emaline Lemmon and George Black Marry At Las Vegas, Sat., June 24 Reciting their nuptial vows Saturday, Sat-urday, June 24th, were Miss Emaline Em-aline Lemmon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Lemmon, and George Black, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence A. Black, all of St. George. President Bryan L. Bunker of the Moapa stake officiated of-ficiated at the ceremony at his home in Las Vegas Saturday evening, eve-ning, with families of both bride and groom attending. Standing with the couple for the ceremony were the bride's sister, Mrs. Raymond Pulsipher, as matron of honor, and the groom's brother, Allan Black of Henderson, best man. Following the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Black were honored with a lawn party at the Las Vegas home of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Pulsipher. Miss Lemmon is a graduate of Dixie junior college and the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young university, and has since been employed as first grade teacher in Hurricane and St. George. Mr. Black has followed livestock raising until recently when he accepted defense employment em-ployment in Henderson, where the couple will make their home for the present. |
