Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engin-eer to change or appropriate water in Washington County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated all locations being from SLB&M. TO CHANGE: a-1911 Jed. M. Terry, Little-field, Little-field, Arizona, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of .50 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Application No. 10871 as amended by Change Application No. a-1236. The water has been diverted from Beaver Dam Wash at a point S. 35 29' E 1301 ft. from SM Cor. Sec. 24, T 42 S, R 20 W, and used from Feb. 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 30 acres of land embraced in SW-SE SW-SE Sec 25, Wy2E and EV2-Wy2 EV2-Wy2 Sec. 36, T 42 S, R 20 W. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted at either or all of the following points: 1 N. 35 28' W . 1239 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12,; 2 N. 27 50' W 1723 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 13,; 3 W. 1258.5 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 24,; 4 S. 35 29' E 1301 ft. from S Cor. Sec. 24, all in T42S, R20W, and used from Feb. 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 75 acres of land embraced in Sees. 12, 13, 24, 25, and 36, T42S, R20W. a-1928 John K. Eardley, Moto-qua, Moto-qua, Wash. Co. Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of .5 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Application Appli-cation No. 11207. The water has been diverted at either or both of the following points: -No. 1. N. 1192 ft. and W. 845 ft.; No. 2. S. 352 ft. and W. 1134 ft., both from N Cor. Sec 7, T42S, R19W, and used to irrigate 25 acres of land embraced in NW14-SW. NW14-SW. SWSW and SNW Sec. 7, T42S, R19W. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted at a point N. 3246'W 1653 ft. from SYi Cor. Sec. 6, T42S, R19W, and used to irrigate 25 acres of land embraced in NWH and WSW Sec. 7. T42S, R19W. 16337 Richard D. Lauritzen, Short Creek, Arizona, 1.5 sec. ft. from Short Creek and Maxwell Creek, Tributary to Colorado River at points as follows: Short Creek N. 145'E 4200 ft. from S Cor. Sec. 23,; Maxwell Creek N. 2800'W 1410 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 26, both in T43S, R10W. Not to exceed 1.5 sec. ft. will be diverted from either or both of the above points.. The water will be commingled and conveyed by means of a ditch and pipe a distance dist-ance of 18,000 ft. where it will be used to irrigate 126 acres of land embraced in Sec. 31, T42N, R6W, G & S. R.
