Show WASHINGTON Washington, Jan. 1. Mrs. Cenia Hall, who has been seriously ill the past 14 months, passed away at 3 a. m. Monday. The sympathy of the entire community goes out to her bereaved husband, Bp. Calvin Hall. The Beehive girls under direction of the bee keepers, Mrs. Pearl Jolley and Mrs. Henrietta Ruby, entertained the old folks Thursday afternoon. An excellent program was given and old-time dances were indulged in. Lunch was served and a very good time was enjoyed. They also entertained enter-tained all the married folks at night with a dance. Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Jolley and family spent several days here visiting visit-ing relatives and friends. They left Monday for their home in Provo. Quite a number of men and boys 1 who have been home for the holidays have returned to the various places where they have employment. We wish the editor and all the readers of our home paper a very happy and prosperous new year. Laron Andrus, who has been at- j tending college at Salt Lake City, j came home for the holidays. j Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Crawford and family of Enterprise spent the week end here vith relatives. We are having some very cold j weather for Dixie, everything being I covered with snow. j Joseph Jolley and George T. Thayne left Saturday for Moapa. Nevada. |
