Show TOQUERVILLE Mrs. Rowena W. Slack Reporter Edwin Stout of Murray visited visit-ed over the latter part of last week with his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Bringhurst. He was also here to attend the funeral services for his cousin, Garth Jones of Rockville. Mrs. Bringhurst returned to Murray with him for a short visit. Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Jackson of Washington visited relatives here over Thursday. Miss Cleone Beatty returned Saturday to Santa Monica where she has employment, after visiting visit-ing over the past week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Beatty. Beat-ty. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Fish mov ed Saturday to Cedar City where Mr. Fish will be stationed as an employee of the P. I. E. truck lines. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Earl and family of Boulder City, and Martin Mar-tin Anderson who is employed in Boulder City spent Saturday and Sunday here visiting relatives. Mrs. Christina Fawson of Grantsville visited Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Worthen Gregerson at Pintura, and with her aunt, Mrs. Harry Slack in Toquerville. Mr. Gregerson is her brother. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Jackson have returned from Salt Lake City and report that their daughter. daugh-ter. Mrs. Cnrrii T.nriv io nrncli improved. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Slack visited visit-ed in Toquerville over the week end on their way from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles where they will report for mission service. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Wallace of Ogden are visiting this week at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Wallace. Mrs. Ruth Hardy arrived Sunday Sun-day from Los Angeles to visit her mother, Mrs. Belle Bringhurst. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bringhurst arrived Monday from Salt Lake City to spend the week with relatives. rela-tives. Sgt. Clarence Theobald arrived Sunday, having received his discharge dis-charge from the U. S. Army last week. He was stationed in England Eng-land until recenty, when he was transferred to Trinidad. His wife and baby who are in England will join him as soon as they can get transportation. Boatswain Carlos Lcamaster, who was discharged last week from the U. S. Navy after serving serv-ing six years, visited over Sunday with his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Kleinman. |
