Show LaVERKIN Pansy L. Ilardy Reporter Mrs. Pauline Wilson returned home July 4 from Denver, where she has been visiting relatives for the past six weeks. She also visited vis-ited with Mr. and Mrs. Manse! Scow at Salt Lake City on hex way home. Phil Squire who is in training with the National Guard at Sar Luis Obispo was home for the Fourth and over the week-end on special leave. Bishop and Mrs. Chester Bundj of Mt. Trumbull were week-enc visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Gifford. The two couples spent Sunday afternoon at the Dixie Deer camp. The small son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Church was blessed and named in Sacrament meeting, the name selected was Bruce Walter. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Weber of Pioche, and Mrs. Parley Leavitt of Mesquite were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hardy. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Thompson accompanied their son, Sydney, on a trip to Montana. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Pulsipher and family of Las Vegas spent the Fourth at LaVerkin and Zion Park. A very concentrated combination combina-tion of July sunshine and July clouds have given us our hottest weather this year. |
