Show LOUKIN GBACKWARD 25 Yeitis Ago January 19, 1911 The St. George Amusement company, composed of W. A. Nelson, Nel-son, Charles Whipple, o. C. Hardy, and John D. Pymm have decided to erect an amusement hall here. It will be 33 x 7S feet with a sixteen six-teen foot ceiling. Excavation for the building was commenced Wednesday, January IS. (This is now the Gaiety Theatre.) Rockville Wednesday, January Janu-ary 11 the home of Joseph Pett Jr., caught fire through a pan of grease burning in the oven. The Ilames from the oven reached the cloth ceiling which was soon ablaze. Due to the recent rains the roof of the house was too wet to burn.
