Show BUNKERVILLE, NEV. ; MRS. MARY H. LEAVITT Reporter j , i Miss Ivie Leavitt and Everett Williams were married Saturday, November 21. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alma Leavitt. A shower was given in her honor last Wednesday. They are both emploj'ed at the Beaver Dam Lodge. Mrs. Harmon Tobler returned from Pasadena, California on Saturday Sat-urday where she attended a Farm Bureau meeting in company with other county and states officials from Nevada. A vaudeville given by the Lyen sisters was presented in the school house December 13. A full house greeted them. A Homecoming day is planned for December 29, by the Bishop and others in charge of the event. Invitations are being sent to everyone that has lived here and all others that are interested in Bunkerville or its people are cord- i ially invited. The Valley supply store was broken into last Wednesday nite. Entrance was gained thru a window. win-dow. The amount lost is not known but some merchandise was found missing. Kenneth Earl, the proprietor was in the St. George hospital at the time. |
