Show SWISS HAND BELLS MAIN FEATURE OF GLEE CLUB CONCERT The Swiss hand bells were the main feature of the lyceum number num-ber given by the American Glee club in the Tabernacle November Novem-ber 6. "The Chimes of St. Mary's", played on the Swiss hand bells was particularly outstanding, state those who attended. The program consisted of a wide variety of instrumental numbers, num-bers, vocal solos, and quartets, comedy readings and comedy vocal solos which were received wholeheartedly by the audience. A large crowd of students and townspepole attended and the report re-port is that is was thoroughly enjoyed. Jan Cherniawsky. an internationally interna-tionally famous pianist will furnish furn-ish the next lyceum number on November 23. |
