Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. August 15, 1925. Notice is hereby given that John K. Eardley, whose post office address ad-dress is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to appropriate appro-priate three (3) c. f. s. of water from Deaver Dam Wash in Washington Washing-ton County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point 362 ft. S. and 1 677 ft. E. from the NW cor. of Sec. 10. T. 40 S., R. 19 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a canal a distance of 10065 ft. where it will be used during dur-ing the entire year for the irrigation of SO acres of land embraced in the SiXE-i. XEUSKU Section. 17. XW'iSW'i Sec. 16. T. 40 S., R. 19 W.. S. L. M. This application is designated is the State Engineer's Office as File Xo. 9663. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
