Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 1, 1925. Notice is hereby given that Chas. F. Foster, Jr., whose post office address ad-dress is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate five tenths (.5) c. f. s. of water from Little Oak Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water wat-er is to be diverted at the point of issuance is-suance of the spring which bears E. 2500 ft. from the W cor. of Sec. 16, T. 37 S., R. 18 W., S. L. M. from where it will be conveyed by means of a ditch a distance of 5,200 ft. and there used from January 1st to December Dec-ember 31st of each year for the irrigation irri-gation of 58 acres of land embraced in part of the NE V of Sec. 9, T. 37 S., R. 18 W., S. L. M. The applicant appli-cant proposes to develop a small stream and store the water developed in an equalizing reservoir from where it will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 1 mile and there use it for domestic use and for the irrigation of the lands described de-scribed above. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 9720. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
