Miss Katherine Min-assian Min-assian of New York, who with her mother is visiting in Butte, is to become be-come the bride of W. A. Clark III. Announcement of the engagement was made at a tea given in honor of Miss Miuassian by Mrs. J. K. Heslet, Mr. Clark is the son of W. A. Clark, Jr., and Grandson of the late Senator W. A. Clark of Montana, a multimillionaire multimil-lionaire mining man. Oakland, Calif. Suit for divorce on grounds of cruelty and neglect was filed in the Alameda county superior court by Jessie P. Skaggs, wife of Oscar P. Skaggs, owner of a chain of grocery stores throughout the west. They were married five years ago in Salt Lake City and separated last July. Jackson, Wyo.
