Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 17, 1930. Notice is hereby given that Richard Rich-ard A. Thorley, whose post office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application in accordance .with the requirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to change he point of diversion and place of use of 3.0 of the original 4 c. f. s. of water wa-ter from Ash creek in Washington Washing-ton County, Utah. Said water was to have been diverted at a point which bears S. 42 deg. 29 min. W. 6163 ft. from the NW cor. Sec'. 31, T. 38 S., R. 12 W., S. L. b! & M., and used to irrigate the SH Sec. 6; W3W Sec. 6; NE, EViNWii Section 7, T. i 39 S., R. 12 W., S. L. b! & M. It is now proposed to divert di-vert said water at a point which ft. from the N& cor. Sec. 1, T. 39 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M. and used as a supplemental supply sup-ply to irrigate 535.2 acres of land bears N. 68 deg. 30 min. W. 2074 embraced in the S Sec. 6; W!:-SW W!:-SW Sec. 5; SEVi, ESW'i Sec. 7, T. 39 S., R. 12 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. a-1132. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be 'by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion cf the publication pub-lication of this notice.
