Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 28, 1925. Notice is hereby given that the Dixie Power Company, whose principal princi-pal place of business is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of Section Sec-tion S, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919. to change the point of return of thirty (30) c. f. s. of water diverted from Santa Clara Creek in Washington County, Utah. The water is diverted at a point which bears S. 2 5 deg. 31 min. W. 2 552.5 ft. from the NE cor. of Sec. 32, T. 39 S., R. 16 W. and used to produce power for generating electricity at various points in Washington and Iron Counties, Utah. After being so used the water was heretofore returned return-ed to the natural channel of Santa Clara Creek at a point which bears N 22 deg. 10 min. E. 734 ft. from the SM. cor. Sec. 11, T. 40 S., R. 17 W., S. L. M. The applicant now desires' to divert and use the water at the same points described above hut after being so used the water is to be returned re-turned to the natural channel of said creek at a point which bears N 14 deg. 5 min. E. 205 ft. from the E cor. of Sec. 32. T. 40 S., R. 17 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. aS27. All protests against the granting of. said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
