The voimg bde was lovely in her wedding covn of ivory-white satin with filmy tulle veil, caught with tiny sprays of UIies of the valley and held in place , ith a coronet of lilies and pearls. Her boquet was of brides roses and ,ilies of the valley. Miss Blanche Kinnersley, the maid of honor, wore an attractive model of pale blue taffeta with bouffant skirt of tulle, and carried a shower of pink street peas and roses. The bridesmaids, brides-maids, Miss Isabel Jenkins and Miss Uianda Gerber, were frocked alike in bouffant models of pastel taffeta combined com-bined with French flowers. Miss Jen-tins' Jen-tins' frock was of canary yellow and her bouquet lavender sweet peas. Miss Gerber wore blush pink taffeta and carried sweet peas in the pastel colors. col-ors. Elaine Kinnersley and Annette Calonge. the flower girls, wore dainty lace dresses over pink satin and carried car-ried baskets of pink sweet peas. Arthur Crosby, brother of the bridegroom, bride-groom, was the best man. Mrs. T. S. Kinnersley, mother of the bride, woie a French model of beaded flesh-colored georgette crepe. Mrs. L A. Crosby, mother of the bridegroom, bride-groom, wore navy blue beaded georgette. geor-gette. Assisting the bridle party in receiving were Mr. and Mrs. T. S. Kinnersley, Mrs, L. A, Crosby and Dr, and Mrs. N. H. Savage. Music during the evening was furnished fur-nished by Miss Beryl W. Williamson and Mrs. Stella B. Dalquist. A profusion pro-fusion of summer flowers decked the living rooms. The serving table was covered with a handsome Maderia and fillet lace cloth centered with a silver basket of rose-colored gladioli, while at the corners of the table were silver candlesticks that held pink princess candles. Assisting in the dining room were the Misses Leona Gerber, Virginia Dean, Beth Calonge, Gladys Howart, CEva Crosby, Bernice Moss and Jessie Scholfield. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crosby will leave Wednesday morning for New York, where Mr. Crosby will continue his studies at Columbia university. The bride will wear for a goin-away ensemble a model of russet brown with hat to match. |
