Show EOCKVILLE Charles Morgan of Fallon, Nevada Ne-vada was a visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mahan last week. Leonard Dalton is employed at the CCC camp located at Hen-riville. Hen-riville. Alton Jones left Sunday for Cedar where he will work for a while. Everyone is pleased to see the big school bus loaded to its capacity ca-pacity with students on its way to the High school at Hurricane. It will be nice to have our young folks home this winter. Mrs. Mac Whitney and Mrs. Chader of Springville were visiting visit-ing Mrs. Russell Mahan Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lawrence left for their home at Cedar City Sunday. Mrs. Lawrence has been visiting with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Philetus Jones. Heber Hirschi and P. Jones were transacting business in St. George Monday pertaining to the Project work. There has been some- very ser-i lous cold going around. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Jones have returned from Hidden Lake, where they spent the past week. Darrel and Thelma Stevens left tor Cedar City Monday to attend school. Ira Cox is home again after undergoing an operation at the Iron County hospital. A baby boy was born to and Mrs. Dee Cox on Tuesday but it only lived a few hours. The mother is recovering as well as can be expected. |
