Show PINE VALLEY Orson Hall, Bruce Snow, and Levi Snow have moved their families fam-ilies to St. George where their children will attend school the coming winter. Mrs. Earl Church and daughter, daugh-ter, Erlene left Thursday for St. George after spending the summer sum-mer here with her parents. Mr., and Mrs. P. E... Beckstrom. Miss LInna Snow went to St. George on Tuesday to resume her work as a member of the Dixie College (acuity. James McArthur and George Lytle were home missionaries here on Sunday. Their visit was much enjoyed by those who attended at-tended church. Miss Bessie Snow left on Sunday Sun-day for Enterprise where she will teach during the coming winter. Vere Becksfj'rom was a business busi-ness visitor in St. George on Tuesday. Miss Myrlene Fawcett of St. George is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clawson Burgess. Bur-gess. Mrs. Hyrum Kunz and family, and Mrs. Claude Curtis and family fam-ily left for St. George on Saturday Sat-urday where they will spend the winter. They have been here during the summer with their husbands who are working in the CCC camp Mrs. Sarah Jacobson is visiting in Brigham City this week. Supervisor J. E. Gurr spent Monday here on business. All the men in town are busy harvesting their hay and grain crops. In contrast to last year, all crops arejsaid to be the best we have hadifor a long time. Will Carter of Carter's ranch is employed hauling hay to St. George for Bruce and Levi Snow. Bishop E. S. Gardner made a business trip',, to St. George on Saturday. His daughter, Lois accompanied ' hist and remained there to enter school on Monday. Rex Gardner went to St. George on Sunday to take his daughters, daugh-ters, Edna Rae and Ora Lee to school. ' |
