Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 28, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Andrew An-drew B. Christenson, whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 19 2 9 inclusive, to appropriate 20,000 acre feet of water from, the Virgin River in Kane County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted di-verted and stored during the entire en-tire year in the Long Valley reservoir, res-ervoir, the center of the impounding impound-ing dam of which bears 1320 ft. E. and 400 ft N. from the SV cor. of Sec. 25, T. 41 S. R. 8 W., S. L. B. & M. Said water is to be released and allowed to flow down the natural channel of the Virgin River to a point which bears N. 51 deg 0 min. E. 16,400 ft. from the NE cor. Sec. 2, T. 42 S., R. 13 W., thence rediverted and conveyed by means of canals to and used from January 1st to December 31st of each year as a supplemental supply to irrigate 40,000 acres of land embraced in parts of Sees. 26 to 34 incl. T. 41 S., R. 13 W., WVa Twps. 42 and 43 S., R. 13 W., parts of Sees. 1, 2, 6, 7, 11 to 15 incl. 21 to 36 incl. T. 42 S., R. 14 W., T. 43 S., R. 14 W., parts of sees. 1, 2, 11 to 36 incl., T. 43 S., R. 15 W., parts of Sees. 23 to 36 incl. T. 43 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. & M., and also as a supplemental supply to irrigate 40,000 acres of land embraced em-braced in all of Sees. 1, 2, 3, 9 to 17 incl., 19 to 24 incl. 26 to 34 incl. T. 41 N., R. 13 W., G. &. S. R. M. Sees. 22 to 25 incl. 36 and parts of Sees. 27 and 31, T. 41 N., R. 14 W., G. & S. R. M., 21,120 acres. Also that part of the Public Domain described as follows: fol-lows: Beg. at the SW cor. T. 41 N., R. 13 W., G. & S. R. M., thence E. 18,480 ft., S. 26,400 ft., W. 15,-840 15,-840 ft., N. 15,840 ft. W. 2640 ft., N. 10,560 ft, to place of beg. con-tining con-tining approx. 10,240 acres.
